Cancellation Policy
• All clients are required to place a credit card on file at the time of scheduling service(s).
• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• Cancellations on the same day will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• No Show behavior will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).You will be required to place a deposit of 50% of your scheduled service(s) upon rebooking.
•If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment we can not guarantee your full service(s) will be completed.
Child Policy
In keeping with The Capital Salon & Suites Mission Statement of providing a luxury experience, and for the safety of your children, we ask that children not be brought to the salon.
Please ensure that you have made the necessary arrangements for your children so that all may have and enjoy the self care we all deserve. Thank you for your understanding.
